If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to customer error, a refund will be issued for your order minus shipping and 15% restocking fee. Orders not delivered due to inaccurate shipping address provided during checkout procedure will not be reshipped.

Orders up to $25, shipping is $8.25.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS
On the secure check out page under shipping options you will be given a listing of expedited shipping options for your area. You may choose the option that best fits your needs. You will be charged the amount listed for your option choice during the payment processing.
USPS Priority, USPS Express, Insurance, UPS, or FedEx; these services will incur shipping charges to the customer.
International Orders: We are not responsible for any customs fees or additional shipping fees incurred or delays due to customs. If order is denied in customs and returned to us, refund will be less return cost and original freight.
- Freight Outside the USA: See choice of shipping options on our secure checkout page. Simply choose your freight option and appropriate amount will be added to your order total.
- Customs/Duties/Taxes: International shipments may be subject to Import and/or Customs Clearing Fees, which are added once shipment reaches country. Maggie’s has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, and they must be paid by recipient. Contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, delays beyond our original delivery estimates may occur.
